HFP Racing Open Workout - May 8

Team HFP Racing Open Workout Announced

Looking for some hard early season miles or looking for a few more miles to top off your American Triple-T training?  Team HFP Racing will be ride the Triple-T Half bike course (both laps) and running one-lap of the run course this Saturday, May 8th.

 

Bike ride will start promptly at 10:00am. Total workout will be 58 miles on the bike and 7.55 miles of running (run will immediately follow bike ride). Park at the Shawnee Lodge Resort parking lot.  You can use the locker rooms and bathrooms before and after the workout.  All levels are invited but no one will be waited on during the ride if you can't hang with the group...so plan on bringing a map (and maybe a compass).  The course is tough - bring your climbing gears and trail shoes.
