Deer Creek State Park is located just 20 miles southwest of Columbus off I-71 at the Mount Sterling exit. Join us in late September at the Toyota Challenge! Cut-Off TimesThe official race finish is at 4:30pm. The cut-off for the swim is 1 hour and 15 minutes after the start of the last wave. Any participant still in the water at this time will be disqualified and will not be permitted to continue with the race. The cut-off for the bike is 1:30pm. Any participant still on the bike at this time will be disqualified and will not be permitted to continue with the race. The cut-off for the run is 5:00pm. Any participant still on the run course at this time will be disqualified and removed from the course. These cutoffs are in place for the athletes' safety and it is critical that any participant that is disqualified adhere to the race official's call.
MedicalThere will be medical staff on-site at the swim, bike, and run finish. Feel free to visit the medical unit if you feel for any reason that you need their help. You will not be penalized for receiving medical evaluation. You will be withdrawn from the race if you require transportation or IV fluids. If you are on any medication that was not noted on your entry form, please let us know during packet pick-up. It is very important that our medical staff knows all medication you are currently taking.
Parking on RACE DAYThere is PARKING AT DEER CREEK STATE PARK ON RACE DAY. EVERYONE MUST park in the designated parking areas south of the staging area. Don't drive around the cones to park closer expecting to find optional parking. THERE IS NONE! Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. We park everyone in these lots so you can leave without driving in front of bikers on the course.
Aid StationsThe run aid stations will have ice, water, HEED, Hammer Gel, E-Caps, fruit and cookies at the transition exit, mile one, mile two, and mile three. Participants will pass each aid station twice on the way out and back. Half distance participants will pass by the aid stations four times. Half distance participants will have one aid station on the bike at the end of each lap (in the park) with water and HEED (in bottles), ice, Hammer Gel, E-Caps, fruit and cookies

Registration & Packet Pick-upSaturday at the race site from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm There is RACE DAY REGISTRATION and packet pickup ONLY!
Timing Chip Pick-Up7:00am to 8:30am at the park beach area
Race PacketsAll pre-registered participants will receive an official race technical t-shirt, post race food and beverages and much more.
Awards/Race DivisionsThe top three male and female in each race division of both the sprint mini and half distances will receive awards. Race divisions are as follows: 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+ -over 40 & 200lbs-224lbs Triathlon Team - one swim, one cyclist, one runner
