The Girls Tri Too at Portage Lakes features a 250 yard swim, followed by a 7 mile bike and finishing with a 2 mile run. This race is the perfect first timer event for those wanting to get their feet wet in the sport of triathlon in a very non-competitive environment.

Focus of this talk will be preparing for the triathlon race course, plus a swim seminar highlighting the vital elements of the freestyle stroke. With your chance to swim and be critiqued by an Olympian known to be the shortest woman to ever win gold in 100 yrs in swimming! Clinic price includes Sheila's new Book, "Call the Suit" written to bring clarity and a clear approach to finally getting faster in your swim. Cost is just $30.00 and includes a signed copy of her insightful book - "Call the Suit". Women Only Course Preview

Friday, September 17th from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the park.  This will be a walk through of the swim, bike and run courses and transition area.  No workout equipment is needed.

Start Times

The start is a dual time trail start every 3-5 seconds based on your predicted swim time.

Fees

Registration & Packet Pick-up

Saturday from 6:00am - 6:45am at the park beach area.
Race starts at 8:00am.

Timing Chip Pick-Up

Saturday from 6:00am - 7:45am at the park beach area.
Race starts at 8:00am.

Race Packets

All pre-registered participants will receive an official race technical t-shirt*, post race food and beverages and much more.

*Those registering the week of the race will not be guaranteed an official race t-shirt.

Awards

The top three in all age groups (14 & under, 15-19, 20-24...75+), Athena, Mountain Bike, AquaBike (Swim & Bike only) and all relay teams divisions will receive awards.
