HFP MAN TAKES ON ASIA-PACIFIC CHAMPIONSHIP
 As some of you know, I got a great opportunity to race in Thailand on December 4th at the Ironman 70.3 Asia-Pacific Championship. A flat tire was among the many challenges I faced during this tough 70.3 race.

OFF SEASON BRINGS NEW CHALLENGES
After a tough season ending race at the Miami Man Triathlon, where I ended up winning the masters division and finishing second overall, I was more motivated than ever to work hard in the off-season to see where my 43 year old body could get stronger.

16 Seconds...
 Miami, FL - 16 seconds... Well at least I have motivation for 2012! If you have not heard by now I lost the MiamiMan overall title by a scant 16 seconds. I went there to win the overall masters title and that is what I did - 2nd overall was icing on the cake for sure. Though my race day did not go entirely as planned I was totaled thrilled with the result.

Miami Man Triathlon Race Day
After a very successful 5 week build-up for the Miami Man Triathlon in Miami, FL it was finally race day. - Sunday, November 14th, 2010. A huge thank you to the Multi Race staff for putting on a wonderful event. Spectacular venue, awesome volunteer support and over the top customer service. I highly recommend this event for anyone wanting to challenge themselves at Florida's premier half ironman distance race.

What a great time training I had at the Helen, Georgia Training Camp - a certain annual event for Team HFP Racing. I got to do some awesome training at an amazing venue. Thanks so much to my wife Jennifer for letting me escape from dad duties for a week and a big thanks to the campers that never complained even when bad weather dealt us a really bad hand.
