As a rule, I hate doing “Year End Reviews” as they usually revolved around work, and performance evaluations and such.

THE 5 HORSES SONG

It’s been a fast and very eventful summer as the HFP Race season unfolds. Who knew we were already half way through July? Wow – time really does fly when you’re doing what you love.

FULL CIRCLE

This weekend marked the 7^th anniversary if the Flag City MultiSport Celebration – a series of 6 events unfolding on the Saturday nearest Flag Day every year, and it was truly a celebration on many levels as three intersecting stories came full circle.

IN REMEMBRANCE

Usually writing is like therapy for me – as I love to write this column, and I love to talk to every triathlon freak I see.  You’re all nuts, and I love ya!  Today however, it hurts to write, and I am having trouble seeing the words on my screen through the tears in my eyes.

2010 Preview

Ah… at least for a few hours, it smelled like spring was in the air in Ohio, and that can only mean …it’s triathlon season in Ohio 2010 style!  This weekend was also the annual HFP Training camp at Hilliard Aquatics, and we got a preview of the Wheelie Fun HFP Race team for the upcoming season.

Race for a Cure

It’s still winter here in Ohio, and training is still a cold, mostly painful ordeal for most of us. We do it because we know there is a purpose behind it – a goal to be reached.
