Several years ago Gatorade ran an ad campaign, “Is it in you?” It was a very compelling ad that made you think unless Gatorade was in me, I’d have no way of finishing the race.

It's amazing how many people you hear who are not happy with the way things are going in their life yet seem to take the same attitude toward making any change as the cigarette ad campaign.
